Join Linksi
All we need to start is your organization's name, a phone number and an email address. Fill in whatever else you have time for now, and we'll email you a link to finish the rest whenever suits you.
Organization Information
Paste it in and we will fill in what we can read. Check it over, and skip this if you would rather type it yourself.
Primary Contact
Their line at the organization.
Only used by Impact Works to reach them directly. Never shown to families.
Who else should we set up?
Optional, but it saves a phone call later. The person above is usually whoever signs things; referrals need to reach whoever actually works them. An Admin can edit your listing and manage your people. An Intake Specialist works referrals. Anyone you add gets their own login when your application is approved.
What a Family Sees
This is your listing. Everything in this section is shown to a resident searching Linksi, so the phone number and email here should be the ones you want the public to use.
This is what a family reads when they find you. Write it the way you would explain it on the phone, and use bold for anything that would waste somebody’s trip if they missed it, like a requirement, a cut-off time or an area you cannot cover. Short paragraphs or bullets beat one long block.
For example: We run a food pantry on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM to 12 PM. Bring photo ID. We cannot serve outside Clay County.
Where You Work
Add any place a family can walk into. If you are mobile, virtual or in-home and have no public address, leave this blank — it costs you nothing. The counties and ZIP codes below are what decide who finds you; an address only affects the order results are listed in.
If your services are limited to specific ZIP codes, add them here. Leave blank if you serve all areas.
The counties where you provide services. This is what decides who finds you, so it matters more than your address. Tick the common ones below, or start typing for anywhere else in Florida or Georgia.
Tick as many as apply. Anything we filled in from your website is a guess, so add or remove whatever you need.
Services
Open the categories that apply to you and tick the services you provide. Most organizations only need one or two of these.

Tell us in your own words and we will look at adding it. Childhood vaccinations, a program with an unusual name, anything you could not find above. Please add the keywords and synonyms you think will help us find this service once it exists, since those are the words a family will actually type.
Add specific words or phrases that describe your services beyond the broad categories above — e.g. "speech therapy", "developmental delays", "food pantry". These help the search engine match clients to your organization more precisely.
Eligibility & Details
All fields on this page are optional but help clients find and qualify for your services.
Describe any income limits, residency requirements, or documentation clients need.
Select all languages your staff can serve clients in.
Upload your most recent IRS Form 990. PDF only, max 10 MB.
Optional. It helps us understand which of our outreach efforts actually reach people.

Before you send — 8 things that would help
None of these stop you submitting. They are the things that most often decide whether people can find you once you are listed.
- No counties listed. Add the counties you serve. This decides who can find you, so leaving it blank means you may be shown to people you cannot help.
- No service ZIP codes. Adding ZIP codes helps us match you to people closest to you.
- No description. Describe what you do. This is the main thing we read when deciding whether to suggest you to someone.
- No keywords or synonyms. Add a few plain words people might type — "diapers", "rent help", "after school". This is the most common reason an organization never shows up.
- No services selected. Tick at least one service. Without any, no search can reach you, whatever your description says.
- No contact email. We need an email address to tell you when someone is referred to you.
- No phone number. A phone number gives people a second way to reach you.
- No eligibility requirements. If anyone can use your service, ignore this. If there are rules — age, income, where someone lives — saying so saves everyone a wasted call.

Add your organization name, a phone number, an email address to send this.
Nothing here is final. We'll email you a link so you can come back and change or add to any of it, and a person reviews every application before anything goes live.
